Las Vegas Cannabis Brand is seeking an experienced chef for our production facility in Las Vegas. We are looking for somebody knowledgeable to take our edible products to the next level. We are working on full menu products and we need somebody who can bring the company vision into reality. This person must have excellent knowledge of formulating cannabis edibles.

Responsibilities

Manage the full range operation of the kitchen

Hire, train and manage new staff members

Ensure the kitchen operation is in compliance with the state laws

Be able to learn and use Metrc Cannabis Tracking system

Qualifications

Experience in preparing cannabis-infused edibles

State of Nevada Marijuana Agent Card is prefered, if not, must be able to pass all the necessary background checks before employment

Full range knowledge of cannabis strains, products and trends

Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
