Qualifications:

• High School Education
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must pass all required background checks
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Great interpersonal/communication skills / genuine and positive energy
• Passionate about educating customers
• Detail oriented
• Excellent work ethic, reliability and professionalism
• Listening skills

Cannabis knowledge preferred

Duties:

• Greet and establish rapport with customers - get to know them and seek to understand their interest in cannabis
• Assist customers in identifying the products and methods that best fit their individual needs
• Provide guidance and educate each customer with cannabis needs.
• Continue to enhance your knowledge of cannabis, and continually hone your ability to educate and recommend product uses.
• Stay on top of new innovations, products, and regulations in the industry.
• Operate POS system and efficiently and accurately process payments
