Bianchi Brandt & Hale has an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal.

About us: Bianchi Brandt & Hale is a full-service business, real estate, and litigation law firm with an emphasis on the cannabis and hemp industries.

What we need: The successful candidate should be well-organized, independent, detail-oriented, and can multi-task with strong oral and written communication skills. Paralegal should have the ability to manage multiple requests, assess priorities, and achieve solutions under deadlines.

Responsibilities and skills include the following:

• Perform a full range of paralegal tasks from case intake through matter resolution.
• Electronically file documents with various courts (State & Federal) and governmental agencies.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, legal billing software, and docketing software.
• Assist with building and maintaining quality client relationships.
• Under direction of attorney, draft and prepare correspondence, notices, pleadings, motions, and other documents as necessary.
• Establish and maintain filing systems and ensure all client files are up to date.
• Ability to conduct research using various research tools, including the Internet, Westlaw, and Pacer.

What we require:

• Paralegal Certificate/degree or degree in legal related studies preferred.
• Minimum of three years of litigation experience.
• Superb communication skills and professionalism.
