Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will promote and drive the sale of A1 Hemp products across the US. The ideal candidate for this role will understand the hemp industry and our products and be eager to assist in A1 Hemp’s growth and expansion. This role will report directly to the Sales Manager.
The position is a full-time position requiring occasional weekends when needed to accommodate business needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Sources new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound cold calls and emails.
· Calls potential clients, referrals, and web leads in a timely manner to keep leads hot.
· Asks qualifying questions to better understand each potential clients needs and what products may work best for them.
· Conducts research to identify key players in the hemp industry and potential business accounts.
· Studies A1 Hemp and industry data to implement strategies for hemp product sales.
· Calls new and existing accounts to check on inventory, gather feedback, and maintain relationship.
· Builds and sends sample boxes.
· Assists with shipping and fulfillment for existing packages.
· Coordinates meetings and emails to sales team for company and department updates.
· Creates and maintains internal sales processes, data sheets, and logs of sales accounts.
· Assists in recruiting sales representatives.
· Occasionally assists with A1 Hemp events and dab bars, educating attendees and selling products.
· Closes sales, meeting, and exceeding established monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Basic understanding of the Metric and Imperial systems of measurements.
· Proficient with software programs including Google Workspace, and Square.
· Must be able to perform at established company levels of sales.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong listening and presentation skills.
· Ability to educate others on the company, our products, and the benefits of hemp in order to acquire customers and partnerships.
· Excelled organizational skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build business relationships effectively.

Education and Experience:
- Cannabis industry strongly preferred, but not required.
- 1-2 years of sales experience required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 21 years old (due to products handled)

The Hemp Production Staff Member will support the day-to-day operations of A1 Hemp Supply Co.’s production, including, but not limited to, weighing, labeling, & packaging product, and filling vape cartridges & vape disposables. This role will report directly to the Production Manager.
This is a full-time position requiring occasional weekends when needed to accommodate business needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Packages concentrates, vape devices, flower, gummies, tinctures & other hemp products from a whole mass production state to a compliant, branded, ready for purchase state.
- Responsible for weighing, applying various stickers, attaching test results, ensuring all around quality, heat sealing, cleaning, and polishing off different A1 SKUs.
- Fills vape cartridges and vape disposables and tests, cleans, and packages them.
- Counts gummies and then packages and labels containers and moves to inventory.
- Provides feedback on current processes to the Production Manager to help establish and maintain appropriate systems for measurement of operational effectiveness.
- Communicates with the Production Manager on inventory needs.
- Follows established standard operating procedures set in place for maximum operational efficiency.
- Works in compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices including those related to safety and health. Implements changes needing to be made to achieve this.
- Assists occasionally with building sales relationships, including cold calling new stores to introduce A1 Hemp and our products.
- Conducts quality checks for all packaged goods produced, including but not limited to, checking for flaws, contamination, sugaring, and discoloration.
- Occasionally assists with A1 Hemp events and dab bars, educating attendees and selling products.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Basic understanding of the Metric and Imperial systems of measurements.
- Proficient with software programs including Google Workspace, and Square.
- Must be able to perform at established company levels of production.

Job Summary:
The Hemp Production Manager will oversee and assist with the day-to-day operations of A1 Hemp Supply Co.’s production and manage schedules and shifts of production staff. This role will also work closely with the company owner to establish proper SOPs and growth.
The position is a full-time position requiring occasional weekends when needed to accommodate business needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Manages a team of production staff who are responsible for packaging concentrates, vape devices, flower, gummies, tinctures & other hemp products from a whole mass production state to a compliant, branded, ready for purchase state.
· Collects, evaluates, analyzes, and assesses production data and sales, and plans production schedules accordingly.
· Collaborates with company owner and Sales Director to develop and execute budget, forecast sales, and manage expenditures within budgets.
· Establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measurement of operational effectiveness.
· Manages inventory and works closely with the sales team to ensure sufficient stock in maintained for production, online, and wholesale orders.
· Develops standard operating procedures for the hemp production department, alongside the owner, to maximize efficiencies.
· Communicates with the owner on what raw and packaging materials are being used in production and when/how often they should be reordered.
· Coaches, mentors, directs staff, and manages performance including disciplinary action.
· Ensures production and packaging compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices including those related to safety and health. Implements changes needing to be made to achieve this.
· Develops and implements procedures and strategies to ensure a safe and productive work environment conducive to quality company standards.
· Committed to educating, supporting, and developing employees in order to produce quality products.
· Assists occasionally with building and managing sales relationships as needed and as seen fit.
· Submits samples to third party labs for HPLC testing prior to products being produced.
· Conducts quality checks for all packages goods produced.
