Job Summary

• Manage the accounting team, provide necessary training and mentoring.
• Review monthly 12-month rolling cash budget and reconcile against annual budget.
• Review the annual and monthly financial statements for the company and is affiliates, inclusive of reviewing fair market values of all properties and investments.
• Review Internal Rate of Return (IRR) analysis for proposed and current core real estate projects to assess viability.
• Establish clear outside investment criteria and performance metrics for current investment portfolio.
• Analyze proposed passive investments for profitability and likelihood of success.
• Lead treasury functions, including maximizing return on cash and optimizing asset allocation across business segments

Required Experience:

About YOU!

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; active or inactive CPA credential.
• 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including managing a team.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and effective interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, forward thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in outside waterfall investments and private equity transactions are a plus
