Cannabis Cbd Confectionary Pot Pourer Demolder Jobs

We are looking for new faces to join our confectionary manufacturing team. The kitchen is a fast-paced environment where we specialize in creating novelty CBD and wellness gummy candies. Demolding requirements include being able to demold gummies from silicone molds and sugar gummies and prepare them for curing. Pot pouring responsibilities include being able to pour a 54qt pot of gummy liquid onto silicone molds and then manually scrape gummy mixture evenly and consistently across molds. Desired Experience:

• 1 year of experience in a professional cannabis kitchen/production environment
• Precursory knowledge in the operation of cannabis kitchen production equipment
• Has basic knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the cooking industry
• Has experience following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform critical job functions
• Previous kitchen experience working as sous or head chef
• Ability to maintain an excellent attendance record

Demolding+Pot-pouring Responsibilities:

• Perform various production procedures which include but are not limited to: Cooking, infusing, and depositing gummy mixture
• Following SOPs, written and verbal instructions
• Assist in proposing changes to the production processes to improve Safety, Quality, and Efficiency
• Enforcing the company Employee Hygiene Policy for working in a food manufacturing facility
• Assist in the disposal of all waste materials
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitized work environment
• Assist when other tasks need to be completed
• Maintain clean department & other areas, as requested
• Follow instructions and guidance from Head Cook with attention to detail

Physical Demands

• Must have hand and upper body dexterity; have the ability to push, pull, carry and lift racks, carts, and large trash bins
• Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude
• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Must be physically capable for standing for long periods of time

***Starting rate is $15//after a 90 day probationary period pay rate becomes $16 hourly//there is lots of room and opportunities to grow! Health benefits, PTO, and 401k options***
