POSITION

The vegetation hands will work closely with the Cultivation Manager in overseeing our mom room and veg room to ensure maximum efficiency and effective workforce distribution while maintaining fundamentally solid agricultural and manufacturing practices. We need individuals who understand the importance of following strict protocols, have attention to detail, and insane organizational skills.

This job requires working on the weekend. You must be 21 years of age to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain mother plants

• Identify limbs for cloning

• Be able to rotate in and out

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Previous experience in cannabis cultivation

• Be 21 years or older

• Have cannabis industry experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Be able to stand for extended periods of time

• Use hand dexterity for extended periods of time

• Be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably

• Be able to squat, kneel, twist, and bend comfortably

EDUCATION

• College degree or equivalent experience
