The Cannabis Social Equity Project Manager will take a proactive approach in support of diversity, equity, & inclusion and will actively lead the work of the Social Equity Program. - Leading and coordinating educational outreach activities.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field AND Four years of experience in a related field including planning, policy analysis, coordination, and consultation with a variety of public and private agencies, organizations, and/or levels of government, including experience implementing equity and inclusion programs, working in and with diverse and historically underserved communities and/or leading change initiatives within an organization
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience
- Experience in program design, development, management, and evaluation
- Experience in an organization with a social justice focus
- Experience with positive organizational culture change
