Our exclusive cannabis branding company is in California is searching for a Territory Sales Representative based in northern California, specifically in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento. Job purpose
This position executes on sales strategies, builds productive relationships to develop new accounts and maintain ongoing account management. Our goal is to build value in the marketplace while educating retailers and their staff on existing and upcoming products.
Wage: Commission Structure:
- Commission will be paid at a rate of 10% of total gross sales to retailers for the sales period.
- Commission will be considered calculable (and therefore due for payment) when the customer pays for each invoice in full and payment has been received and verified by Accounting at Pismo Beach, CA.
- Commission will be calculated on a per-pay period basis, and will be paid in full on the first payday following the close of each pay period
Duties and responsibilities
- Acquire and demonstrate expert knowledge of our products, market, customers and prospects when representing our company and brand.
- Research, strategize, prospect, and close new customer accounts.
- Present our products to customers in an accurate and compelling manner through constant communication via phone calls, scheduled meetings, in-store drop ins, and emails/texts.
- Develop positive rapport with customers by proactively communicating and securing re-orders while growing volume and increasing number of products carried.
- Distribute educational information to retailer partners and customers to further build the strength of the brands and products.
- Prepare sales and marketing information for customers.
- Set goals, manage and report on personal sales metrics and data requested by management.
- Record all activities in our Customer Relationship Management system as trained and directed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
- Minimum of 4 years gaming experience.
- Proven dedication to performance-based environments
- Cannabis industry experience is preferred
- Computer proficiency, specifically but not limited to:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, Salesforce preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Expert time-management, prioritization and multi-tasking skills; ability to quickly adapt to an often-changing and rapid-paced work environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce effective presentations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year
