Job Duties/Responsibilities

- Performs quality control checks on all flower weighed into final packaging using visual inspections and double-checking weights.
- Inspects for accurate counts, accurate weights, and that flower quality meets company standards.
- Keeps product properly labeled and in compliance.
- Notify Flower Assembly Leads/Supervisors when technicians are not meeting standards and need additional coaching or training.
- Assists Flower Assembly Leads with maintaining accurate inventory of back stocked material, pulling backstock, and building flats to prepare for labeling.
- Trains new crew members and assists leads when needed.
- Supports and adheres to company Standards of Conduct & Discipline.
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
- Assists other departments as necessary or assigned.
- Assists with Research & Development projects as assigned.
