Cannabis Harvester Med Badge Required Jobs

We are a wholesale recreational cultivation company operating two licenses in Pueblo county. We have both indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse growing areas.

We are currently seeking workers to assist with harvesting both farms. Quality employees will be welcome to stay on post harvest.

Since we operate in small tight knit team there is tremendous room for advancement. In addition to the hourly rate and potential overtime differential you will be eligable for a harvest bonus paid upon the completion of harvest. This harvest bonus is based on you showing up consistently and putting in an honest effort.

Duties include:

• Detrellising
• Debranching
• Lifting whole plants and bins filled with broken down plants
• Hanging

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work consistently and independently when required
• Must possess the physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required at a farm.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs regularly
• Must be accountable, proactive, patient and pay strong attention to detail
• Ability to operate with integrity and honesty
• Ability to work in a focused, quick, and efficient manner
• Must possess valid MED badge
• Must be trustworthy and hardworking
• Must have reliable transportation
• Professional references required
