We are a licensed cannabis delivery service and we are looking for friendly and confident dispatchers to join our growing team. We are a quickly-expanding business, so the ideal candidates will have:
- exceptional customer service skills and experience within the cannabis industry, or
- as an alternative, *high-volume* phone and/or customer service experience
Must be tech-savvy: dispatchers monitor orders as they pass through three different programs, answer phone and text inquiries through a virtual phone system and verify IDs.
Customer service skills are critical, if patience is not a virtue you possess, please do not apply. This position is the first point of contact for many of our customers and the "voice" of the company, so we are looking for someone who communicates clearly and confidently.
