Class Definition
Conducts complex compliance investigations, takes complaints, plans and conducts investigations of alleged violations of Vermont cannabis statutes and rules to determine if administrative or disciplinary action is warranted. This position performs investigations of cannabis establishment applicants and businesses and enforces the cannabis statutes and regulations.
Environmental Factors
Duties are largely performed from home and during site-visits. Travel in state required. Significant work outside of normal office hours may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years or more experience in compliance and enforcement, inspections, field operations, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
