Looking for a highly flexible and fast-learner to join our team! We are a Medical Cannabis delivery service looking to grow and serve our community in the high desert. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that share our passion and vision for the future.
Compensation: Hourly and Incentives
Hours & Availability:
- Must be Available from 8:30 am - 8 pm
- Must be Available Weekends
- Must be Flexible
- Part-Time: 20-30 Hours / Week (with Full-Time possibilities)
Qualities of a Call Center Rep:
- Organization
- Ability to Multi-task
- Patience
- Punctual
- Excellent Customer Service
- Attention to Detail
- Must have professional Phone Etiquette
- Bilingual preferred but not required
Skills and Qualifications:
- 21 Years of Age or Older
- Clean background
- Customer Service
- Communication skills
- Cannabis product knowledge (strains, medicinal benefits), extended knowledge is a plus!
- Ability to bend and stand for long periods of time.
- P.O.S and phone system knowledge.
- Office experience is not required but is an added bonus
- Ability to drive sales
