Spring Payment provides ATMs and merchant processing for all industries, however, we focus most of our time on the cannabis space. We’ve been operational for the past 5 years and look forward to continued growth in an emerging, fast-paced, changing industry. We are well-positioned to grow and are looking for the right individual to come on board. We need someone that will take ownership of their tasks and understands that they are an integral part of the team. In this role you will be challenged and you will be given opportunities to grow. We need a person that holds themselves and their work to a high standard; having pride in what they do.

We are headquartered in Pasadena, California, and currently have 5 employees. We are looking for the right person, so this role can either be an internship or job depending on the candidates status. This role would work directly with the Business Development Director and CEO of the company. There are numerous areas that we need help with, all of which the employee will be expected to work on. The tasks are wide-ranging, thus providing a full spectrum of experience for the individual. The responsibilities of the position will consist of assisting or spearheading in the following areas:

Definitive items to work on

• Market research and national scaling/expansion plans

• Social Media Management and Branding

• Marketing/Advertising

• Development of a new business venture in our vertical supply chain
• Development of additional services/offerings to existing client base
• Development of training and partnership onboarding programs

Potential other areas if interest/time permit

• Accounting/Finance work
• Cost reductions initiatives
• Various operational assistance (may require slight physical labor and working with hand tools)

The job doesn't really require much face-to-face interaction with end customers, it would be mostly working with our team internally.
