Lead Budtender / Shift Supervisor
We have a professional, positive and fast-paced retail environment and a collaborative management approach. The Lead Budtenders reports to the Shop Manager and is responsible to collaborate with the management team in overseeing all shop operations including:
Employees
Assist with employee training
Staff education, coaching, management
Regularly interact with all staff members
Customer Experience
Customer service / satisfaction
Proper stock and organization
Shop appearance and cleanliness
Company Safety & Compliance
Prioritizing the safety of our staff & customers
Compliance with LCB and other laws
Compliance with company policies / procedures
Candidates must have at least 5 years of customer service/sales experience and 2 years of management experience in a retail or other customer service role serving the public. A combination of professional customer service, sales and management experience with cannabis knowledge and understanding is most desirable.
The position requires open availability. Our hours are Monday through Saturday 8:00 – 11:00 and Sunday 8:00 – 9:00.
