Cannabis Budtender Inventory Manager Jobs

A new Eugene retail dispensary is looking for dedicated and experienced individuals to add to our team. The ideal candidates will have sales and customer service experience (previous work within the cannabis industry is a plus), a genuine passion for cannabis education and a dedicated, hard working attitude. Requirements include but are not limited to:

•  21+ years old
• Current OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit 
• Detail oriented and organizational skills
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service
• Have reliable transportation 
• Applicants should be prepared and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and certain holidays (open availability is preferred)
• Basic computer skills (knowledge of cannabis POS systems and the METRC CTS is a plus)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Knowledge of cannabinoids, terpenes, types of consuming and cannabis effects is necessary
• Desire to hit sales goals, provide support to the team and elevate the community
