Amsterdam Premium Cannabis Company is seeking a highly experienced budtender/Inventory Lead:

Qualifications:

• Familiar with METRC.
• Familiar with LeafLogix.
• Prior inventory experience is required.
• Must have previous dispensary experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management and staff to ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality service.
• Provide patients with excellent, compassionate service to create repeat business by developing long-term relationships.
• Assist patients with knowledge of strains, cannabinoids, products, and benefits.
• Accurate cash handling.
• Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility.
• Maintain visually appealing and effective displays.
• Assist with labeling of new product.
• organize and maintain product inventory

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Sound knowledge of cannabis products and their medical benefits.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Open Availability.
• Retail experience is a must.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service standards.
• Must be 21 or older

Experience:

• Inventory: 1 year (Required)
• Budtending: 1 year (Required)
• Metrc: 1 year (Required)
• Cannabis Industry: 1 year (Required)

Pay: Will discuss

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Tips
