Seeking enthusiastic, personable budtenders & greeters for our upscale cannabis retail shop. Budtenders are expected to use their extensive cannabis product knowledge to guide customers to the appropriate medical or recreational product while providing excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
- Answer customer questions and concerns
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Ensure compliance in all transactions
- Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products a plus
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Retail experience preferred
- Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must pass any and all required background checks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
