*Duties and Responsibilities: *Provide excellent customer service to our customers and guests by creating an inviting experience.Educate the customer regarding our products and their effectsAssist customers with selection of productsKeep display cases/floors clean and ensure all products is fully exhibitedSupport the store experience by performing various operational tasks as neededProcess POS (point of sale) purchases using TREEZ platformMust be available to work weekends and holidaysComplies with all established company policies and proceduresCollaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to managementUpholds the security and confidentiality of customer data within area of responsibilityPerforms other work-related duties as assigned*Qualifications / Requirements*Must be 21 years of age or olderAs required by the City of Oakland, prior to employment each employee must be fingerprinted (via LiveScan) for the purpose of conducting and passing a background check.Experience in Cannabis cultureMust be reliable and dependable with a good work ethicMust be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed*Physical Requirements: *Must be able to stand, sit for extended periods of time, use hands and fingers for data entry, some lifting, squatting, bending, some pushing and pulling.Typical Start Time:Mid shift: 9am-7pmEvening shift: 2pm-11pm
