EmeraldLeaf is looking for 2 sales leads to bring our national brand to retailers across Colorado.

EmeraldLeaf is dedicated to the science behind cannabinoids and terpenes, we created the world's first strain-specific CBD tinctures back in 2018. We are now also in the D8 THC space.

Our products are all effect-specific and practically sell themselves - the hardest part about selling CBD/D8 in a retail store is when people come in and say “I need CBD for (sleep) (anxiety) (pain) (focus) (arthritis), etc….” As a store owner/worker with a dozen “full-spectrum CBD” products which ones would you recommend and why? Customers pay attention to the "why", if it doesn’t make sense to the customer, they won’t buy.

That’s why it’s so easy to sell EmeraldLeaf, every product is effect-specific based on the terpenes/strains/cannabinoids we carry.

One short training and a brochure will keep the store owners educated on which product to sell for each effect desired, making repeat orders come in on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities/Goals:

As an account executive, your responsibilities are as follows:

Learn about our products and terpenes.

Prospect potential retailers in your area.

Call, email, and show up in person to set up meetings with retailers.

Offer samples and sell them EmeraldLeaf CBD/D8 THC.

Keep a spreadsheet of all retailers you want to contact and have already contacted to keep yourself organized.

Collect 35% of net profit to retailers you’ve secured, forever.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and ability to pitch products to retailers at all levels.

Excellent time management and organizational skills (spreadsheets).

Willing to take initiative and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Ideally, pre-existing leads that you could sell products to immediately.

Ideally, 1-2 years B2B sales experience.

Ideally, graduated from college with a degree in sales or related fields.

Bonus if you’ve worked in the cannabis industry.

Work as much or as little as you’d like, we’re paying you for results not hours worked. We do this so people are motivated to get sales, if you are connected with retailers already this should make it very easy for you to make $5,000 a month right away.

This job is remote, but we'd prefer you to be close to Denver, CO.

Pay:

35% net revenue from B2B and B2C sales in perpetuity.

Once you secure retail sales, you will earn every time they place another order.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
