You know Seller Central inside and out. Everything from flat files, inventory management, FBA process, reinstatements, case filing, Amazon PPC advertising, brand registry troubleshooting, basic Amazon SEO, Helium10, market opportunity, competitor monitoring, keyword research etc.
Job Duties:
- Organizing and managing our Amazon accounts and work with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute strategic plans to drive significant growth
- Oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithm, and product search rankings- including detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking
- Must have flat file knowledge and experience
- Enforce MAP pricing with resellers and removal of non-authorized sellers
- Identity new product opportunities to bring to market based on other resellers sales volume
- Drive traffic and execute marketing campaigns to increase listing visibility and revenue through marketplace tools (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Promotions)
- Manage Amazon advertising campaigns and budget
- Troubleshooting with Amazon platform
- Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
- Analyze reports, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth
- Forecast and process FBA orders
- Monitor all channels for errors, alerts, questions and inquiries, and buy box
- Monitor offers and competing products from online retail competitors
- Other tasks related to online marketplaces and broader eCommerce efforts as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-4+years Amazon in-house for a consumer brand company or agency
- Developed Amazon Product strategy that has driven consumer conversion
- Self-starter and self-motivated who is excited to dive in and impact growth
- MUST have an extremely deep understanding of Amazon marketplace – 2-4+ years of daily experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Solid understanding of shipping and fulfillment requirements for ecommerce marketplaces
