The Role
AWPT is seeking a customer service driven professional to provide support to all training programs. This role will be responsible for creating an excellent customer experience from event creation to customer registration. This is a great opportunity to grow as an administrative professional.

You have a proven history of first-class organizational skills and exhibit a high level of attention to detail. You are someone who enjoys process improvement and making the experience for the customer the best it can be. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and technical support services to instructors prior to and during the learning events.
- Manage the registration inbox and respond to customers in a timely manner.
- Support learners throughout their learning journey.
- Creating and maintain learning environments that support the achievement of learning outcomes.
- Print and fulfill the materials necessary for all training events.
- Stage a classroom conducive for learning at headquarters.
- Other duties, assignments, and projects as assigned.

A successful candidate for these positions typically meets the following criteria:

High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Listen, evaluate, and execute the needs of the customer.
- Manage time and tasks based on priority and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Positive, professional attitude, and a team player.
- Experience with Aventri is a plus but not required.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements

- Physical Demands: Typical office environment where computer-use is the predominant task. The employee will periodically lift and move objects up to 10 pounds and, infrequently, objects up to 25 pounds.
- Work Environment: Work is typically performed in an office setting. Hours are flexible, but they should normally encompass at least the core hours of 9:00AM to 3:00PM, total at least forty (40) hours for each work week, and suit the needs of various training clients, where appropriate.
