Cannabis Tleaf Gallery Website Manager Customer Consultant Jobs

If so, you may be the perfect fit as the Website Manager and Customer Consultant at TLeaf Gallery. This role requires managing our website or online store and also working the show floor consulting with customers. Below we seperate and explain both roles in this position.

The primary duty of a Website Manager is to work on and maintain our company website to be the best version possible. Our company is currently overdoing an online store overhaul so the beginnings of this position will also include establishing the new website. Some general responsibilities of a Website Manager include the following:

• Building and Establishing the new site.
• General Website Maintenance.
• Looking for and suggesting ongoing ways to improve the website experience.
• Growing online revenue by analyzing site performance and suggesting changes accordingly.
• Online store inventory maintenance.

The primary duty of a Customer Consultant is to connect clients to products and services through a superior & personable customer experience. Some general responsibilities of a Customer Consultant include the following:

• Introducing new clients into the establishment.
• Staying up to date about our range of product and services.
• Explaining to customers in detail products and services.
• Listening to customer, relating with them and making recommendations catered to them based on their needs.
• Explaining the benefits and functions of products, uses, maintenance, best practices, and more.
• Processing payments, operating register and checking out customers.
• Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program.
• General business maintenance, cleaning and organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
