Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Text Support Specialist, you’ll be answering text inquiries about booking, rescheduling, or issues in our appointment process. You’ll work with our doctors to ensure completion of approvals, team-members to facilitate action items, and patients to facilitate virtual support. You’ll have daily and weekly goals to achieve when it comes to quality and quantity of text messages. Additionally, you’ll have a support number to call & receive calls from patients struggling through the process. 40% of our patients are referrals for a reason!
The duties include administrative support across the organization. Your tasks will be answering texts, answering the phone, distributing correspondence, helping patients with their intake forms, and lastly, helping patients who visit the site by answering questions through our platforms for potential clients.
To be a successful Text Support Specialist, you must be empathetic, positive, strong with communication, organized and detail oriented. You must be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner and engage in sensitive conversations.
