The Holistic Connection Murfreesboro is currently seeking a high-energy, self-motivated cannabis enthusiast to manage our Murfreesboro location!
Responsibilities for the position include retail store and dab bar sales, driving customer traffic, serving and educating customers on the benefits of cannabis, managing inventory, and employee scheduling. The position also involves marketing and promoting the store via door-to-door networking, social media, and direct email.
Requirements include:
- 21 years or older
- Cannabis Enthusiast
- Customer Service experience
- Manage inventory, employees, and engage with customers.
Qualifications:
- Leadership, highly organized, computer savvy
- Scheduling, time management
- Community outreach, event coordinating,
- Familiarity with the product line, ability to upsell/engage
- Familiar with Lightspeed Retail POS (bonus)
- Event Planning and Sales (preferred but not required)
- Bartending or server experience (preferred but not required)
The Holistic Connection is the premier hemp dispensary in Tennessee with 11 locations surrounding Greater Nashville and beyond. With over a decade of combined experience as a licensed grower in California and Tennessee, we are veterans in producing the highest quality flower and cannabis-derived products on the market.

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
