Cannabis Retail Associate Budtender Delivery Driver Jobs

Greenlight Dispensary is looking to add a Retail Associate/Budtender to their growing team. Greenlight strives to be Arkansas Patients first choice when it comes to accessing safe, top quality medical cannabis. The Retail Associate/Budtender is primarily responsible for guiding medical marijuana patients through their cannabis options while providing world class customer service and ensuring that they leave completely satisficed. At times the Retail Associate/Budtender may be responsible for checking patients into the dispensary as well as answering phones and fielding questions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to every patient
• Demonstrate cannabis knowledge and stay up to date with new products
• Understand cannabis attributes and affects
• Answer the phone with a positive attitude
• Fill online orders
• Maintain a very clean work space
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
• accurately input customer data into POS
• Excellent cash handling
• Operate cash register
• Clean all areas of the facility including sweeping and mopping
• Stock shelves
• Open availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
• Uphold personal hygiene

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous dispensary experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour
