Production Cartridge Filler, Gramming, and Packaging Associate
Infinite Infusions
About Infinite Infusions:
We are hard workers and we’re looking to add more of them to our team. We love cannabis, we are passionate about creating clean and sustainable living soil cannabis extracts — and our values and integrity permeate our company.
We are hiring experienced Cartridge Fillers, Grammers, and Packagers who conduct themselves with integrity and pride themselves in a job well-done. If that is you, please read on.
Our Mission is to provide clean, high-quality and affordable living soil cannabis concentrates with integrity.
Our sister company grows all of the cannabis we use for extraction with high standards, sustainability and clean practices in mind. They follow 100% organic and mostly vegan gardening principles in their living soil raised beds. It is the pinnacle of sustainable, clean cannabis. And that is the only source we use to ensure the highest quality cannabis extracts.
Job responsibilities:
Packaging and gramming associates are responsible for taking bulk product and putting it into correctly weighed jars. This must be done as accurately and efficiently as possible.
Those of you who have done this before know the ins and outs of working with every texture of extract and know how to do it well. We’re looking for people who love gramming, and we want to take care of those people! We find people who do best at this job are equally detail oriented and results focused.
Other duties may include: filling cartridges; labeling lids and boxes and jars and maybe even some office supply shelves; helping organize; and everybody gets a daily chore (because we work together, fam!).
Qualifications: Previous lab/gramming experience is necessary, (We’re not like others in the industry - we have daily involved ownership, a deep passion and hard work runs through our veins. When you’ve seen another cannabis company, you get it. We’re different, we think in the best way.) You must be:
- a hard worker
- passionate about cannabis
- someone who likes improving and setting “personal bests”
- Accountable for your work
- Confident in your abilities to accurately gram various textures of product
- Meticulous
- You might get an eye twitch when you see a crooked label
- open to doing anything in the lab. (We all clean toilets sometimes. Sharing the load is what makes the difference between a group of people going to work and a team on a_ mission_.)
- Reliable. We have a very stable, weekly schedule and steady flow of work. Clock punchers need not apply. Those committed to a goal, you know who you are, and we bet you’d succeed on our team.
- Basic knowledge of Metrc is a bonus.
Current schedule is M-F, only full time is available.
PAY:
Starting pay is dependent on the skills you bring to the table, $12-14/hr. More information can be provided in an interview. You may be asked to complete a second “working interview” to show us your mad skills!
BENEFITS:
We offer medical, vision and dental benefits for full time employees after 60 days. Store discounts are available at 4 partner locations.
Please contact us in reply to this ad with your resume and include your badge number somewhere (it’s required for the job AND to qualify for an interview). A cover letter in the body of the email really helps. Tell us about your passion and we'll share ours with you!
