Cannabis Product Manager B2b Ecommerce Site Jobs

Buy Canna Direct is a B2B eCommerce company in Western North Carolina connecting buyers with manufacturers of the leading cannabis brands.

We seek an experienced and motivated Product Manager to operate and optimize our eCommerce platform. This is mostly a remote position but availability and super fast internet connection, computer and a cell phone are a must.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the executive team to define and deliver the product roadmap
Build and maintain product backlog practicing ruthless prioritization
Distill customer and business needs into actionable features
Partner with Engineering to provide new features and enhancements
Ensure quality in product development
Maintain and optimize website day to day
Ensure product data is up-to-date and optimized for search and social
Optimize page layouts for optimal conversion
Optimize conversion funnel to drive conversion
Work with business owner and marketing team to execute marketing campaigns

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years managing eCommerce websites
Fluent in WordPress and Woocommerce
Experience using Google Analytics and Woocommerce analytics to measure key success metrics
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
Professional and exceptional customer service skills
Ability to take direction from the executive team and execute projects on time
