Grow With Us
The Source is a multi-state medical cannabis company. Our mission is to support medical cannabis patient healthcare needs in a compassionate and welcoming environment. Not only do we offer access to high-quality, affordable products; we are also cannabis experts. Founded in August 2019 in Northwest Arkansas, we’ve blazed new trails in the last year, opening 3 additional dispensary locations as well as a cultivation facility in Missouri.
As a result, we’re looking for top-notch people to join our mission. Let us be blunt, though. We are not a pot shop. We are a medicinal cannabis organization. Our teams understand that our patients are #1, and that impacts how we do business from the growing of our plants to the education and sale of product in our dispensaries. If you are professional, friendly, and possess a great attitude, keep reading. No seeds or stems, please!
