Full Job Description

Our company is a CBD hemp flower farm in its 3rd year that is growing rapidly. The ideal person for this position will manage our online retail business fulfillment as well as help to continue sales growth. We offer a great starting hourly wage and quick wage increases for candidates that are reliable and bring the skillset needed to grow this business. Ideally, this person will start in fulfillment and ultimately grow into a management position with unlimited growth potential.

Day-to-day Duties include:

• Preparation of orders according to set standard procedures, including reading and deciphering customer orders, creating, trimming, sealing, and packing the merchandise for delivery.
• Printing shipping labels using shipping software, verifying shipping addresses, etc.
• Quality control to inspect all products for damage, flaws, and irregularities prior to shipment.
• Preparing pre-rolls using the knock box machine.
• Making CBD tincture according to a specific recipe and direction.
• Ordering supplies as needed and keeping track of product inventory.
• Reaching out to quality Instagram influencers to send promotional packages.
• Provide customer service support when needed (e-mails, providing tracking, handling replacement packages).
• Locating and extracting merchandise from shelves and various storage areas.
• Practice efficient self-discipline habits as position requires working unsupervised.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Experienced in the cannabis industry, ideally have worked in a dispensary. (Trimming, quality control, knowing what good product should look like, making quality pre-rolls, etc.)
• Proud of their work when packaging up boxes making sure everything looks nice and professional.
• Comfortable with computers, shipping software, e-mail, customer service, minimal Microsoft word and excel, etc.
• Organized and able to keep track of product and supplies inventory.

We are interested in both full-time and part-time candidates. This position works Monday thru Friday with weekends off. 8 hours per day 5 days per week.

-E-commerce and website experience running an online business.-Social media experience beyond personal use, such as business pages and digital marketing.-Business and other digital marketing experience (Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, E-mail).-Web development skills, experience with SEO, Pay-per-click advertising

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:This person will work mostly alone, away from other people.
