DEVELOP exists because of a passion for New Product Development and Mechatronics. We currently service companies in consumer electronics, industrial automation, sporting goods, cannabis, and other projects that leverage our team’s skills. When it comes to machining, we only cut non-ferrous materials (6061, ATP-5, Copper,
Brass, Acrylic, Delrin, Polycarbonate, etc.). Our Datron M8Cube has been equipped with ethanol coolant, 40K
RPM HSK Spindle, 4th axis, and tooling specific to our industries.

Compensation/Benefits

• Hourly Rate 22/hr+

• Performance-based quarterly bonuses

Qualifications

• Solidworks & CAMWorks
• Ability to design and program in assembly mode
• Knowledge of creating and editing CAM TechDb

• Fusion 360 CAD/CAM
• Ability to design fixtures and review manufacturability in Solidworks and/or Fusion 360
• Knowledge in High RPM tooling and machining (30-40K)
• Knowledge in small radii machining (< 2mm diameter)
• Knowledge in 3+1 Machining
