Cannabis Master Grower Cannabis Grow Tulsa Bixby Full Time Jobs

Looking for a highly dedicated individual who is self-driven, good communicator, with experience as master grower. Candidate should have extensive knowledge of the cannabis industry. This position will involve the direct day to day operations of the grow facility both greenhouses & outdoor grow.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Managing all tasks related to growing, maintaining growth and harvesting the product.
• Ensuring the proper handling of the product according to the cannabis laws.
• Provide proper maintenance to all crops.
• Analyze and catalog each individual strain from clone to harvest.
• Execute preventative maintenance and elimination of all types of mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc.

Qualifications include the following:

• (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Botany, agriculture, or similar (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate)
• Must have 2-5 years experience growing cannabis commercially and managing cannabis grow operations.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Well researched in new techniques and insight to expand knowledge of individual strains, high yield recipes, controlled stress environments.
• Must have the ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings, and plans
• Must have extensive knowledge of proper agriculture practices and crop cloning.
• Knowledge of large-scale commercial plant cultivation including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, airflow, humidity, etc
