Description

Receptionists are the first point of contact a customer encounters as they visit a dispensary. Duties for receptionists will include but are not limited to:

• 
  Greet customers as they enter the dispensary.


• Check state ID’s and state medical marijuana cards.


• Enter pertinent information into Dutchie to create a new customer, verify existing customers, and check customers in.


• Maintain Visitor Log.


• Answer phones, as needed.


• Fulfillment of all other tasks assigned by your direct supervisor and/or upper management

Hours: 3-7pm

Salary

$10 - $10 per hour

Direct sales of product to customers
Description

Budtenders will be responsible for the direct sales of products to customers. Budtenders are the main contact point for customers of our business. Training and performance monitoring will ensure budtenders are successful in assisting our customers while purchasing products. Duties for budtenders include but are not limited to:

• Direct sales of product to customers


• Education of Cannabis etiquette to customers


• Assisting customers with making product choices based on customers' needs


• Fulfilling in-person as well as online customer orders


• Ensuring all compliance rules and regulations of the dispensary are followed daily


• Assist with delegated tasks for opening and closing procedures


• Drive customer sales and retention by utilizing upsell techniques and unmatched customer service

Salary

$17 - $20 per hour
