WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge and strive to train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Store Manager
- Assist Patient Care Specialists in the consultation of patients to ensure that the employee is empowered and informed on the right product choices by being knowledgeable about how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently
- Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during a scheduled shift:
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients

- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Support of open communication with the management team and other coworkers

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the retail level, including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence. This role requires competence in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively interact with customers and other members of the Team to ensure a positive culture and the best possible experience for our clientele. - Ensure accuracy with all cash handling
- Abide by city and state regulations at all times
- Maintain suitable inventory levels, perform daily inventory audits, and conduct all End of Month Inventory Counts and Reconciliations
- Receive deliveries, build purchase orders, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
- Assist with Store Scheduling
- Complete daily and weekly tasks/duties as assigned by the Store Manager(s) and Regional Manager

The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the retail level, including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
- Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality
- Minimum of five years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals.
- High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
- Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible to work cross-functionally to help ensure proper inventory levels are available at the right time and place to meet customer demand. This position will primarily responsible for:
Monitor and communicate all inventory levels to ensure gross profit goals are met. Maintaining floor inventory levels and communicate any items at risk with a strategy to Inventory Manager or store management.- Monitor inventory pricing and stock levels on the online menu and in Leaflogix.
- Deliver results and strategic direction by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly on all inventory management and flow.
- Manage discrepancy reporting in Leaflogix and our SOP sharefile inventory system ensuring things are rectified and communicated eliminated loss.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Inventory Control Manager
- Manage delivery receipt of cannabis products and the creation of SKUs confirming accuracy of inventory transport manifest. All corrections must be done before delivery driver leaves the store.
- Aware of and comply with all State and regulatory procedures regarding transportation, tracking, and inventory reporting.
- Maintain proportions between medical and recreational inventory.
- Monitor inventory controls to conduct monthly inventory reviews and annual comprehensive inventories of medical marijuana at the facility. A written or electronic record shall be created or maintained of each inventory findings and the employee identification numbers, titles or positions of the person who conducts the inventory.

Ensure inventory records are always accurate
Manage end-to-end inventory for all locations. This includes buying planning, inventory category and SKU level buying, allocation, and sales reporting.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Management, Supply Chain or related field

SENIOR CUSTOMER CONSULTANT
This is your chance to be at the forefront of leading the charge to make Jushi the standard in multi-state cannabis operations. We are seeking a Senior Customer Consultant who will partner with the Dispensary Manager and Shift Supervisors to lead the team. This role should lead by example by being the ultimate illustration of service, dedication, pace, and energy. The Senior Customer Consultant will also be primarily responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, restocking product on the floor, and ensuring that all product remains in FIFO order. The Senior Customer Consultant should mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team by keeping a positive and can-do attitude at all times.
THE TEAM:
We identify, evaluate, and acquire U.S.-based cannabis operations within each state to vertically integrate, produce, and distribute medical-grade cannabis formulations in the United States offering patients and customers premium, high-grade cannabis and related products.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge and strive to train and share that knowledge with other members of the team
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Store Manager
- Assist Customer Consultants in the consultation of patients to ensure that the employee is empowered and informed on the right product choices by being knowledgeable about how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently
- Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during a scheduled shift:
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers
- Security measures and safety compliance
- Maintenance of an organized and clean store
- Support for open communication with the management team and other coworkers
- Reporting of team member issues or customer situations
- End of day daily update e-mails
- Opening and closing duties
- Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations
- Lead in the onboarding and training of new Customer Consultants in partnership with the Store Manager
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
- Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality
- Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals
- High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
- Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling
- Ability to constantly perform desk-based computer tasks

DISPENSARY GENERAL MANAGER
The Dispensary General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations at the retail level including staffing, training, scheduling, buying, visual merchandising, cash management, inventory management, and compliance adherence. This position requires competence in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively interact with patients and other members of the Team to ensure a positive culture and the best possible patient experience for our clientele. - Ensure accuracy for all cash handling in the front of house and back of house
- Guide patients and employees with cannabis recommendations including product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration
- Effectively and diplomatically handle employee or customer concerns and complaints while interfacing with the Regional Dispensary Manager, Marketing Team, and Inventory Team
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cannabis; its various forms, its chemical composition, effects, dosing, titrations, methods of consumption, and quality metrics
- Present a professional image in appearance, actions and words
- Abide by city and state regulations at all times
- Receive deliveries, build purchase orders, and maintain accurate records
- Complete daily and weekly tasks/duties as assigned by Dispensary Regional Manager

- Attract customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling display properties; producing merchandise displays in showcases, and on sales floor
- Effectively and diplomatically troubleshoot MJ Freeway, coupons, and various patient issues
- Evaluate competition by visiting competing stores; gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise
- Provide support with various employee initiatives and team building
- Provide support with various off and on hour events and specials
- Report any and all issues or complaints relating to product to the Regional Dispensary Manager, Inventory Manager, and Director of Retail Operations in real-time
