Business Development And Account Executive

Volta Biotech is a marijuana/hemp processing and refinement company. We can extract 80 pounds every 20 minutes with ethanol - possibly the biggest capacity in the state. On the marijuana side we sell bulk THC distillate (voltabiotech.com). On the hemp side we sell bulk D8 distillate and to end-formulators nationwide (vb-labs.com). We are seeking A-Player salespeople and closers to join our growing team to represent our company.

Our capacity is 3 to 4 liters per hour. We have relationships with distribution companies and brokers and seek our own account executives selling directly to processors that use our distillate. We have some designs for retail products of our own but will take time to formulate the product itself.

Compensation:

$10 per hour plus a monthly sales goal of $ amount sold for $500 bonus. Whatever percent you sell less than the goal or more than the goal, you receive that bonus for the month.

Hourly with monthly sales bonus

Annual development bonus allocation is 2.5% of all annual salaries, if you score a 3.4 or above you're eligible for a bonus, capped at 10% per individual. This considers unplanned absences, attitude, etc.

A budtender's role is to help all customers navigate the world of medical cannabis. Budtenders have intimate knowledge of their store's inventory and can speak to the different nuances within each product and strain. They work with customers to recommend the best product based on customer preferences. Budtenders are also familiar with the different cannabis accessories (pipes, vaporizers, etc.) as well as the wide range of smokeless edibles, concentrates and tinctures and can speak about the different methods and modes of cannabis consumption.

Hygiene and customer safety is a crucial part of the budtender's role. When handling products budtenders should use the same guidelines as the food industry - wear gloves or use tongs when touching product and tie back hair to prevent it from ending up in the customer's purchase. Budtenders will also ensure that the building and the dispensary itself meet health inspection and fire safety standards.

Budtenders provide guidance and educate customers about cannabis products, so their customers will have an safe and enjoyable cannabis experience.
