The budtender, with minimal direction from the Shop Manager, is responsible for providing superior service and a pleasant experience to each customer, while maintaining the accuracy of the cash register and properly logging each transaction to insure inventory accuracy. We are looking to hire knowledgeable budtenders who will use their experience to suggest the best choice of products to fit the patients' needs. We expect that you stay up to date with new brands, products, and information that is applicable in order to be able to give patients the best, and most accurate info. Patients first, always.

PREVIOUS CANNABIS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Budtender Responsibilities:

• Properly greet each patient and inquire about their needs/desires.
• Be comfortable to use your knowledge, experience, and research to advise the patient on the best choice of product(s) to fulfill their need/want.
• Staying up to date on new cannabis products, brands, and information on the market as well as the latest industry trends.
• Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system. Log each transaction accurately, verify price, and quantity dispensed.
• Ensuring that the shop and shop restrooms are sanitized, clean and well-organized at all times. Alerting shop management if restock of product is needed for a certain item(s).
• Must arrive on time and stay through the shift, maintaining a patients-first attitude, always.
• Taking inventory of products every morning with inventory counts.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
