OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hard-working, passionate person to join our team. This position will include 1-3 days/week trimming and 2-3 days/week budtending. Weekends required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Budtending: Budtenders will greet and serve medical patients. Budtenders are expected to be helpful and courteous at all times. Duties include, but are not limited to, using a point of sale system to check in customers and complete transactions, complete store sidework, and maintain a clean environment.
- Trimming: Trim Team Members follow instructions given by the Trim Lead including, but not limited to instructions on what will be bucked or trimmed and corrections on bucking and trimming methods.
- Cleaning: The Trim Team is responsible for maintaining a clean trimming environment. This includes, but is not limited to, vacuuming their workspace and cleaning all plastic bins at the end of each work day.
- Auxiliary grow tasks: Trim Team Members assist as needed with harvesting, cleaning, deleafing plants, and any other tasks that need immediate attention.
PAY SCALE
The pay scale for this position is based on previous work experience. Eligibility for raises will be assessed on a semi-annual basis.
Hourly: $13.00-$16.00/hour
There is also a per pound bonus for trimmers on every harvest.

Vacation Days
This position accumulate 1.25 paid vacation days per quarter, totaling 5 paid vacation days per year. Paid vacation days can not be used until they have been earned. We close on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
