Position Title: Production Team Member

Brief Description This job entails rolling and packaging Bubble Joints and Bubble Blunts, as well as weighing and labeling Bubble Hash and Live Rosin. This job is full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week, with a one-hour fifteen minute paid lunch break each workday. Within 4 weeks there will also be an option to work 5 8-hour days as we open up our new Production space. This is an entry-level position with room for growth in the company.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend and follow directions from the production manager.
• Expertly roll Bubble Joints and Bubble Blunts.
• Take precise weights and measurements.
• Quality control Bubble Joints, Bubble Blunts, Bubble Hash, and Live Rosin.
• Keep a clean and organized work station.
• Take direction with professionalism and contribute to a positive company culture.

Requirements

• Must be over 21 with an MED occupational badge (support or key).
• Retail marijuana work experience is ideal but not necessary.
• Be able to perform detailed work with your hands all day in a team setting.
• Be able to lift upwards of 30 lbs.
• Great attention to detail.
• Must be self-motivated and have a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be punctual and attend all scheduled shifts.
• Must have good communication skills

Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with others, gets along easily with co-workers, picks up on tasks quickly, and is not afraid to speak up and ask questions when they are unsure about something.

Compensation: This is an hourly position with a base pay of $14/hour; however, if daily production goals are met compensation can be as high as $20.50/hour. This department works four 10-hour days a week, with a one-hour fifteen minute paid lunch break each workday. Hours are somewhat flexible - we are willing to offer a M-F 9-5 schedule as well. Eligible for benefits after 1 year of employment.
