Label Solutions Inc.produces pressure sensitive product labels for a variety of industries in North America. Based in Marshfield, Missouri, we specialize in high-speed flexographic, digital printing, and wide-format solutions for both prime label and regulatory compliant labels for top brands, co-manufacturers, and marketing firms. The label industry has been strong during the pandemic, as brands adapt to the new ways to sell their products. Label Solutions recently invested in a new high-speed flexographic press to allow our customers to grow into supply chain retail and increase their orders from online sales.

We are looking to hire an experienced inside sales representative to develop new accounts and help manage our existing client database. Our target markets include the following industries, but are not limited to:

• Compressed Gas Cylinders
• Industrial and Manufacturing
• Cannabis/CBD
• Food Packaging
• Craft Beverages
• Health Supplements
• Cosmetics & Beauty
• Marine & Trailers
• Private Labeling

The candidate should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn the label industry, and have good communication skills. Compensation will be a base salary, and will be commensurate with experience and abilities.

Requirements/duties:

• Average no less than 25 prospect calls per day
• Willingness to learn, practice, and perfect the Sandler “Solution Selling” method
• Able to generate qualified leads from the internet, customer referrals, and networking
• Identify and develop sales opportunities and secure orders when attainable
• Work in tandem with our WBENC (Woman Owned Small Business) specialist
• Assist with Field Sales team as backup when needed
• Respond to customer needs appropriately and in a timely manner
• Utilize marketing materials and sample labels as directed
• Develop sales strategies with the Vice President of Revenue Operations to cultivate new growth
• Provide updated forecasts from your weekly lead-gen and prospecting activity
• Oversee order processing up to and through graphic design "sign- off" of label proofs and quotes
• Maintain proper communication with clients regarding order status
• Travel when necessary to visit clients and/or attend marketing related events
• Follow up on all quotes, sample requests, and customer orders

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to close sales and drive territory sales growth
• Minimum of 2-years’ experience in the printing, product labeling, packaging industries; or in a specific industry that we support.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Adapts your dress code to your customers so you always look professional, while still being relatable
• Experienced in maintaining a CRM with pertinent information regarding clients
• Experienced to qualify and close the sell via the telephone and in-person
• Understands general business practices relating to both small companies and large corporate processes
• Good computer skills for customer order entry, managing Excel spreadsheets, and presentations
• Self-starter, multi-tasker, goal oriented
