Our trained CBD sales associates assist our customers by providing top-notch hospitality, with an emphasis on building long-lasting relationships. CBD Sales Associate should be equipped to deal with a wide array of customer personalities and questions about the products we offer. In order for a CBD Sales Associate to deal with and answer customer questions, a CBD Sales Associate must be personable and patient.
Ultimately, our CBD Sales Associates must love what they do, why they do it, and the company they represent. As a company, we must keep customers happy in order to continue our mission.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers
- Provide excellent customer service, etiquette, and hospitality
- Complete daily and weekly duties; duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Opening and closing the store, including counting the cash drawer
- Maintaining the appearance of the store through restocking products and cleaning the store
- Receiving/preparing inventory, shipments, and transfers of products to other stores
- Counting the store inventory on a regular basis
- Completing any required training exercises
- Participating in regular staff meetings
- Other duties involve the day-to-day operations of the store and providing high-quality service to customers
- Continually educate yourself in the CBD industry
- Able to provide a compassionate experience while dealing with a multitude of customer subsets
- Is able to work independently and prioritize work duties with minimal supervision
