Budtenders at Lotus Gold are responsible for assessing the needs of our patients through educating, guiding, and communicating with them to select the cannabis products that best meet their needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

The responsibilities for a Budtender position at Lotus Gold include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Follow inventory procedures to ensure full, comprehensive regulatory compliance across all dispensary operations

· Ensure POS stations are ready to go at store opening

· Always maintain a stocked and clean station

· Assist with running side work, stocking, and cleaning during downtime

· Ensure checklists are completed in a timely manner

· Participate in periodic staff meetings

· Always maintain proper cash handling procedures

· Ensure all patients are greeted as they arrive, and wished farewell at their departure

· Ensure all patients always receive excellent customer service, in every interaction

· Inform management of any low-stock product or other inventory issues

· Be knowledgeable of all specials or promotions, including weekly and daily deals

· Ensure each patient receives your full attention during the entire interaction

· Ensure you are early or on-time for all shifts and any mandatory events or meetings

· Ensure your clothing is clean and that you are prepared for your every scheduled shift

· Perform other duties or projects, as assigned by managers or supervisors in a timely manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

We are looking for a energetic, positive, self-motivated, hard working individual. Must be able to work evenings, holidays and weekends.

Checking patients' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.

Processing patients' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.

Educating patients on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.

Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times.

Self driven and motivated to be the best you can be everyday all day.

Honest, Integral, accountable and Hard working team player.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
