Primary role is to explain the product to our customers and to sell the products that we have to offer. Excellent customer service is a requirement. Opening and closing duties, cashier responsibilities, stocking merchandise, cleaning, merchandising the sales floor, tending plants, and having fun with our customers is the common daily duties in the store. Sales experience preferred, but not required. Upselling is a key function of this job. We are open 10am-10pm daily and we have a drive thru.

In order to accomplish that, we will be offering training and resources to give you confidence in helping advise our customers.
We have taken great care in selecting only the best products to carry, and we want our customers to feel that same level of care and attention while shopping at our store.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures cleanliness of store, storage area, and work area for safety; includes cleaning of shelves and products, keeping floors free of liquid spills or water, removing hazardous debris from floor and sweeping.
- Handle online orders from intake to delivery.
- Stocks dispensary; includes presentation of product, facing, filling, and organization of all product items as set by management as well as ensuring tag and pricing accuracy.
- Receives, inspects, and logs products for accuracy of shipment, temperature, and quality.
- Monitors and maintains the POS, product coupons, promotional materials, and information on items.
- Must participate in ongoing educational training initiatives and demonstrate willingness to study each product independently during downtime.
- Blue Flowers employees are expected to be knowledgeable about all products and able to provide customers accurate information when asked.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail/sales experience preferred
- Experience in the cannabis industry preferred
- Must have strong knowledge base of hemp derived cannabis products such as CBD, CBN, CBG, CBC, Delta8, Delta 10, THCv, THCp and other isomers
