The Dispensary Manager provides support to all dispensary staff, which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The Dispensary Manager is responsible for ordering and receiving of all inventory and products, arranging deliveries with logistics team, maintaining agent and facility compliance and cleanliness.

Agent Support and Management:
- Responsible for managing dispensary staff, schedules, inventory, and patient/customer relations
- Serves as a resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations
- Responds to all staff questions, concerns or suggestions
- Resolves any conflict immediately
- Responsible for delegating tasks to Wellness Advisors in order to maintain a compliant and clean facility
- Coordinates with the upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff
- Managing and implementing training on POS system
Customer Service:
- Provides superior customer service for vendors, patient/customers and caregivers
- Responds to all patient/customer complaints, requests, concerns, suggestions
- Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries
Reports, Documentation and Profitability:
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities including daily cash reconciliations, patient/customer records, sales, deliveries and returns in accordance with the State of Illinois and the standards set by Company
- Accurate daily, weekly, and monthly recaps and reporting from sales data and patient counts
- Maintain inventory control system and perform daily counts of all medical cannabis and medical cannabis products in the facility
- Provide regular inventory, sales, and profitability reports to the Management Team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- 3-5 years of Retail Management experience required
- Proficient in MS Office, Highly Proficient in MS Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Experience in data entry, data management ideal
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner
- Strong business acumen including excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
- Must maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
- After-hours work required to manage sales facing inventory and order entry

Regional Director- Long Island
Workforce Development Institute, INC. (WDI)
The Workforce Development Institute, Inc. (WDI), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is seeking a Regional Director for the Long Island region. Reporting to the Director of Field Services, the Regional Director will be based on Long Island (office space to be identified) and will be responsible for identifying and helping to solve workforce-related challenges for unions, businesses and community groups. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in workforce development, which includes identifying workforce opportunities and challenges, and making recommendations around proposed actions. The Regional Director will work to cultivate growth in emerging sectors, including manufacturing, adult-use cannabis, and the renewable energy sector on Long Island. The ideal candidate will also have an entrepreneurial nature and excel at developing and nurturing relationships that result in collaborative partnerships. Significant travel throughout the region, with some statewide travel, is required. WDI Regional Directors must be self-starters who are knowledgeable about state government and are able to work independently and with a remote team.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
路 Become an expert in the regional economy; gain familiarity with local businesses and emerging economic and workforce trends;
路 Conduct regular outreach to unions, businesses, government, educational institutions, community groups and other potential partners to collect workforce information including workforce skill gaps, training needs, and job growth opportunities;
路 Develop and maintain relationships with unions, businesses and other organizations involved in the renewable energy sector, with particular focus on offshore wind;
路 Form relationships to promote WDI鈥檚 Child Care Subsidy Facilitated Enrollment Program as it develops on Long Island;
路 Use information to identify the resources needed to develop or support programs at the demand of employers and industries in the region;
路 Share and leverage findings from/with other Regional Directors and with Central Office staff to establish greater organizational understanding of emerging workforce trends;
路 Facilitate the WDI grant application process for the region;
路 Develop and nurture relationships with other key partners, including but not limited to:
脴 Labor Unions, including the Area Labor Federation
脴 Local workforce and economic development entities
脴 Educational institutions including Community Colleges and BOCES
脴 Workforce Development Boards
脴 Department of Labor and One-Stop Career Centers
脴 Regional Economic Development Councils
路 Represent WDI with local, state and federal government partners in the region

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 5 years' experience in customer service
- High Energy, Patient Focused, Compassionate
- Retail experience mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email
- Ability to work effectively with employees, management, patients, governmental agencies, community members and the general public
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures

JOB SUMMARY
Join our Cresco Labs team as a Wellness Advisor. Your main responsibility will be to assist patients in selecting the proper medical cannabis products for their needs and are the go to product expert on duty at the store. Wellness Advisors engage in one-on-one conversations with patients from the time they walk into the store until they check out. Compliance with applicable rules and regulations as implemented by the state and Cresco Labs will be required.
The ideal Wellness Advisor should be friendly and positive, much like the barista who provides you your favorite coffee. We hope our patients are drawn to our Wellness Advisors and the dispensary because of our service, our products as well as your approachable and knowledgeable demeanor.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Help patients make the right choices by knowing how the different methods of cannabis affect patients differently
- Suggesting dosage starting points for new patients
- Correct cash handling
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
- Accurate use of the Point of Sale (POS) system; timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the state's electronic verification system
- Maintenance of hard copy files (when required)
- Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders when being delivered
- Ensure security measures and safety compliance for the store
- Maintain an organized and clean store

We are seeking a person with a minimum of three years greenhouse growing experience across multiple categories of crops, ideally to include annuals, perennials and holiday crops. The candidate would initially assist with all aspects of growing but, within a couple of years, be willing to transition into the role of Head Grower. Our greenhouses are located on Long Island's North Fork, in the heart of wine country with excellent schools, easy access to NYC, the Hamptons, and some of the best beaches in the world. The region also has numerous job opportunities for members of the applicants family if needed.
The candidate should :
1) be proficient in English
2) have a working knowledge of Spanish
3) have superior organizational skills
4) Possess a Horticultural degree from an accredited College. (Several more years of experience may compensate for lack of a Horticultural Degree.)
5) be computer literate
6) have a pesticide license
