Patient Hosts are also expected to adhere to HIPAA laws, be actively aware of their surroundings, and to work closely with Managers to complete the mission of R. Greenleaf.

A Shift Lead is expected to successfully perform all the duties of a peer educator, while also functioning as a liaison between Bud Tenders and other management. Those in this position will also be expected to function as a Manager on Duty when assigned. Beyond assisting and educating New Mexico Medical Cannabis Patients, Shift Leads will be expected to assist with clinic personnel, cash deposits, and inventory, as necessary. Summary of Position: The R. Greenleaf Clinic Manager position is the supervisor assigned to oversee the daily functionality and performance of a distribution/clinic location. Clinic Managers are responsible for overall store management, to ensure the safety, policy adherence, inventory control, cash control, patient satisfaction, compliance, and the expectations of upper management. Clinic Managers are also expected to function as the point of contact for their location in conversations with management, as well as with the New Mexico Department of Health, in both written and verbal communication (as required). It is expected that someone in this position can and will perform all the functions of a Peer Educator and Shift Lead, as well as that of a Clinic Manager, as necessary according to the needs of the organization, including for training purposes. This position also requires personnel management, including payroll, employee reviews, and disciplinary action. Clinic Managers are also expected to preform cash handling duties, including securing change, transporting cash to the bank, and oversight of employee cash handling.
