Mobile Cultivation/ Trim Crew

Our mobile crew works in some of the best cannabis facilities in the state of Michigan and will give you the training and experience you need to succeed in the cannabis industry.

Job Details

• Choose your own schedule - Flexibility
• Starting pay up to $19/hr

Responsibilities

• Defoliation, harvesting, trimming and packaging cannabis
• Maintain a positive work environment by following code of conduct guidelines set forth by NCS
• Must always maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Must pass background check with no disqualifying infractions (felonies will disqualify you)
• Comfortable working 8-10/hour shifts

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year of cannabis experience is preferred, but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment

Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 40 lbs. for extended periods

COVID-19 considerations:
Most facilities require gloves, masks, and hairnets. Some also require aprons which they will provide.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• trimming cannabis: 1 year (Preferred)
• harvesting cannabis: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
