ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibility of the Cultivation Agent I is maintaining the cleanliness of the cultivation areas throughout the day to ensure we provide the best care possible to the plants. The success of each harvest is pivotal to the further success and growth of the team, so your position is essential! As a Cultivation Agent I you will be reporting to the Cultivation Manager. We are looking for a motivated candidate who is passionate about cannabis, and willing to learn the industry to grow with us. Other responsibilities include:
- Defoliating plants
- Vacuuming any standing water
- Setting up trellises
- Helping with canopy maintenance
- Checking humidifiers/dehumidifiers
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Foundational knowledge is desired, but not required for this position
- Must have valid drivers license
- Due to regulatory restrictions, the candidate must be age 21 or older
- Must be able to comfortably lift 20 pounds
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders up to 20 feet

The Logistics Agent is responsible for assisting with all phases of outgoing orders. Your duties will include packaging cannabis in specified quantities, making pre-rolls, grinding plant material to produce finer shake, quality checking and labeling products appropriately before their departure to our clients, and other tasks as needed. You will report to the Logistics Manager and Operations Manager. As a Logistics Agent you should also possess the following skills:
- Attention to detail
- Punctuality
- Organization
- Works well within a team
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Prior cannabis packaging experience is desired, but not required
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Due to regulatory restrictions, the candidate must be age 21 or older
