Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
- Valid CA driver license for a minimum of 2 years with clean DMV record
- No major traffic citations or incidents in the past 5 years, no more than 2 moving violations and one at-fault accident in the past 3 years
- Working vehicle, registered to you, less than 15 years old (no trucks, vans, motorcycles, or convertibles)
- Delivery-specific vehicle insurance, in your name, that is state compliant and covers cannabis delivery
- Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
- Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences
- Ability to create and maintain positive and collaborative team environment
- Travel is required
- 21 years of age

Summary
The Facilities Specialist is responsible for monitoring all areas of the property for security breaches, suspicious activity, natural disasters, with daily reporting to the Head of Security and Driver Safety and the VP of Operations. When not performing camera monitor duties, you will be required to verify all employees, vendors, and guests while operating the gate and doors for their arrival and departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Protect company assets by monitoring all areas of the property for security breaches, suspicious activity, natural disasters
- Greet all guests and employees in a professional and hospitable manner
- Verify all employees, vendors and guests while operating the gate and doors for their arrival and departure
- Check in and out all verified persons and keep running log
- Operate door and gate for any and all arrivals and departures
- Complete daily activity report and note any pertinent facts
- Monitor recording equipment, and check equipment operation
- Adhere to company reporting requirements
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter
- Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner
- Perform all tasks using defined job processes with a high level of accuracy
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to work on several tasks/projects simultaneously, prioritize, and follow through to successful outcomes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully navigate in an ambiguous environment
- 21 years of age

- Associate degree or trade school certification
- Military, police, fire, EMS, civil service background
