If the answer is yes- we are currently offering the following position: Packaging Specialist/Delivery Driver for a I-502 Cannabis Producer/Processor. We are a growing company looking for people who see the potential for future growth and expansion. We are looking for people with good driving records who also LIVE in the Coulee City area. If your commute to work is more than an hour this job is not for you.

This position spends the majority of time packaging products and one or two days a week on the road in Eastern WA, The drivers time will pay $15 an hour and packaging is $13.69 to start and there will be opportunities for growth based on merit.

Familiarity of WA cities and routes is a big plus, but not a requirement. Cannabis experience or knowledge is not required. You will be one of the faces that represent our company, so a positive, "can do" attitude is a must!

Requirements-

1. Must be 21 (w valid ID)

2 Valid Drivers License + proof of insurance.

3. Able to pass a background check.

4. Must live within reasonable commuting distance from Coulee City, WA (Please do NOT apply if you do not live in the area)

5. Must have a reliable vehicle

The Candymaker will be producing high volumes of gummy candy, hard candy and chocolate-covered edibles. We are looking for someone with experience with candy making but will train. Applicant must meet the following qualifications to be considered for the job:

Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, precise measuring, and dosing skills. Exceptionally clean and organized. Knowledge of food safety requirements sith some experience in the kitchen or food processing work is desired. Able to monitor several pots while performing precise cooking processes and following temperature and timing requirements. Must be able to track, report and document inventory levels, daily production and checklists.

Language & Communications: Must be able to speak and write in English fluently. Must be confident enough to speak effectively to Managers or before groups of employees. The ability to read and interpret documents with procedures and instructions. The ability to follow recipes exactly

Math Skills: Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers. common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages. A Strong understanding and ability to work accurately with scales and formulas.

Reasoning and Problem Solving: The ability to deal with complex problems with a positive solution-driven attitude is a must. Mandatory that the applicant is excited to learn about cannabis and develop new skills through direct and positive constructive evaluations from persons of authority both younger and older than themselves without issue. Calm, collected under pressure without stressing out. Consistent stamina and energy are desired.

Work Schedule: Must be willing to put in whatever it takes to get it done. The position is full-time 7-4 weekdays with availability for oocasional overtime or weekends during high sales volume and during harvest. Work-Life balance maintained.

Physical Demands: Applicant must be able to stand or sit for long periods in one spot. Must be able to kneel, crawl, crouch, reach, bend over, use hands and arms with good hand-eye coordination day in and day out. Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs up to waist height to successfully refill inventory bins and organize supplies. Full Dexterity with hands and arms is needed. Must be able to successfully use kitchen equipment and tools.

Work Environment: Must be able to work in both hot and cold climates. Must be able to communicate in loud workspaces without issue. This position requires long hours cooking hot candy with steam and intense fragrance without compromising your concentration. Candidates physically affected by dust, pollen or grasses adversely would not meet qualification requirements.

Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older, Must be able to pass an in-depth background check, must have reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Must be able to legally work in the US (documentation for proof is required), Must have a positive attitude and excellent attendance records.
