We're looking for Concrete Pump Operators to join our team in Celina, Texas
BURNCO is now hiring full-time experienced Concrete Pump Operators for our Texas Ready-Mix operation in Celina. Reporting into Operations, you'll be a key member of the team in the safe operation of our concrete pump trucks. When not operating one of our Pump trucks, you'll also be eligible to run one of our Mixer trucks. We're looking for new team members who are energetic, highly motivated, good communicators, and possess great interpersonal and leadership skills.

What You Will Be Doing
- Safely operate pump truck with timely arrivals, accurate delivery, and proper set up (clear of power lines, etc.)
- Qualified to operate a 47-meter pump and a 60-meter pump
- Complete required paperwork such as job tickets, time sheets, proper pre-trip/post-trip inspections (DVIRs), pump report, etc.
- Ensure equipment fluid levels appropriate, check tire pressures, lights, etc.
- Complete routine maintenance of equipment, report minor mechanical issues
- Escalate major equipment problems or failures to supervisor, dispatch, and shop
- Maintain thorough cleanliness of the unit’s interior and exterior, complete proper wash out procedures
- Contribute to keeping areas in and around the plant clean and hazard free, report safety concerns
- Comply with BURNCO policies and local, state, and federal regulations including DOT and company driving requirements
- Escalate concerns to supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What We Want From You
- 21+ years old with a valid CDL Class A or B
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience or 1 year of pumping/driving experience preferred
- FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration
- Ability to maintain proper attendance while working irregular hours, including scheduled Saturdays
- Hardworking and detail oriented
- Safety minded; determined to create and foster a safe working environment for you and your coworkers
- Ability to read, review and follow quality and operational instructions
- Commitment to safety, customer service and teamwork
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
IMPORTANT: As this is a safety sensitive position, it is a condition of employment that candidates selected for hire must successfully pass pre-employment testing including a criminal background check, drug and alcohol screen (Cannabis included), and a physical assessment test.

Job Summary
Coordinates money flow in and out of store and processes customer transactions for products or services sold in office. Assists customers with locating products, conducting price verifications, and providing efficient check out services.
- Processes requests for Western Union, money orders, lottery tickets, coin redemptions, refunds, equipment rental, etc.
- Prepares cash/check deposits and maintains accurate store financial records and bank deposit logs.

Job Summary
Engages with customers, provides efficient checkout services, monitors gas levels and deliveries, and maintains stock conditions and quality control in convenience store. Ensures products are displayed in accordance with Company standards and all regulatory food safety practices. Performs various customer service duties and promotes sales building practices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains full stock conditions on display racks and shelves. Ensures dated product is stocked, rotated, or discarded properly if unsold.
- Ensures accurate checkout totals for customers by properly scanning and keying items. Maintains accurate money count in register at all times.
- Monitors customer and fuel pump safety by monitoring, reporting, and taking action regarding suspicious activities, illegal devices, emergencies, fires and fuel spills. Inspects fuel pumps, ensures proper seals are in place, and maintains hazard free conditions.
- Checks inventory on trucks, unloads products, and ensures accuracy of inventory, product ordering, and associated paperwork.
